Our money is very limited because we are local private investors who use our own or lender money to pay cash for houses you select. We will buy the house of your dreams. The house you want can be a for-sale-by owner or even listed with a Realtor, in any area.

You select it, we then buy it for cash and then we will sell it to you on a 30 year long term loan at a regular market interest rate.  That’s right, 30 years fixed, and you can pay it off whenever you want at no cost or penalty all at regular market interest rates.  To do this with us, you must have steady employment or even be self-employed.

Your credit history is just not as important to us as it is to a regular mortgage company.Now, you could have previously gone bankrupt, but you cannot be in a current bankruptcy, but short of that, we are looking to place our money in long term local real estate loans and we just don't have all the red tape and regulations that dealing with traditional mortgage companies or banks usually require.

If you have good credit or bad, it’s just not that important to us.  We want our money out on a long term, local basis in local real estate, at fair market values.

You can be in the home of your choice listed with a realtor, for sale by owner, or one of our homes by this time next month.

This is not any kind of rent to own, lease option or lease purchase.  This is a true sale. We close at a local title company. All the advantages of home ownership are yours.

You will be the owner of the house with all the privileges of home ownership and we or the lender will be the mortgage holder, period.

There are no hidden charges and no up front fees. Here is how it works first we will determine how much you want to spend on a home and exactly where you want to live with how many bedrooms and baths you need.

We will then get a list of all the available homes in the area that meet that criteria and you can choose the home you want us to buy.

Then we will pay cash for it and finance it to you on owner or lender financing and we can get long term income, and you get your home.
